Judy Chu (CA-27), Linda Sánchez (CA-38), and Adam Schiff (CA-28) sent a letter to Secretary of Labor Thomas Perez, Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson, and Attorney General Loretta Lynch calling for an investigation into these practices.
