Congressional App Challenge
Congressional App Challenge
The Congressional App Challenge is a competition intended to encourage students to learn how to code and inspire them to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields. This Challenge allows middle and high school students to compete against their peers by creating a unique app on a platform of their choice.
This competition is open to all middle and high school students who either study or live in the 28th Congressional District. We strongly encourage students of all skill levels to participate, enabling them to learn how to create their own apps.
The winner from the 28th Congressional District, chosen by a panel of expert judges, will be featured on CongressionalAppChallenge.us. The winning app will also be eligible to be on display in the U.S. Capitol, honoring the winners from across the country.
I look forward to recognizing our nation’s young programming talent.
