Following Monterey Park Tragedy, Rep. Chu Distributes Resources Available for Victims, Survivors, and Community

MONTEREY PARK, CA – This week, Rep. Judy Chu (CA-28) released a comprehensive list of local, state, and national resources available for gun violence victims, survivors, and community members of all ages to recover from the attack on Star Dance Studio in Monterey Park, CA, and Lai Lai Ballroom in Alhambra, CA, on January 23, 2023.

"As Monterey Park and the San Gabriel Valley communities continue to recover from last week's horrific tragedy, my office and I have compiled and released a comprehensive list of resources available to residents to deal with the financial and emotional toll of the attack," said Rep. Chu. "I encourage all those impacted by gun violence or traumatic events to review the list and utilize available services and resources. No one should feel alone or struggling during moments of immense grief and suffering."
