The Breast Cancer Patient Equity Act would provide coverage for custom fabricated breast prostheses to the more than 100,000 women who undergo mastectomies annually.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the Supreme Court issued a 7-2 decision to uphold protections for Native American children.  The court’s ruling in Brackeen v. Haaland preserves the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and means that children who are members of federally recognized tribes will continue to have protection under federal law against being removed from their tribal communities for foster care or adoption.
