Washington, D.C. — Today, the House passed H.R. 8373, the Right to Contraception Act, which will federally protect the right for Americans nationwide to access contraception. In the wake of the Supreme Court's recent decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, a precedent has been set for the same Court to next overturn Griswold v. Connecticut, a 1965 landmark decision which protects the freedom to use contraceptives without government interference.
